It is an incredible gift to be able to know God intimately. We are acutely aware of the fact that He is aware of all things and that we have a limited understanding. As we surrender to God, we are able to become better instruments of His wisdom. Please join us as we discuss how we can discover our all-knowing God.
How is God the source of all knowledge? (Isaiah 40:13)
How does this characteristic comfort us?
Why is God s knowledge and understanding unlimited?
How can we become better instruments of God s wisdom?
God sees all, and knows all, why do we still want to control things at times?
How can we be encouraged to surrender all to this God who loves us unconditionally?

cwt- What does the word sovereign say to you?
Inspiration- Most High
Tena- all powerfull
Lea- supreme, has the final say
Beka- all powerful and all encompassing, merciful
blessing- that word signifies supreme, Holy One to me
cwt- the dictionary says it is posessing supreme power
blessing- it is hard to imagine, the extent of sovereignity that God really is, supreme is the word that most explains it
cwt- Where does God derive His right to be sovereign?
cwt- yes I think that supreme does say it all
Tena- he created all things
Beka- from himself, because He is all, the beginning and the end
Lea- because He has always been....He is.....self existent
blessing- God is our creator, He owned everything and controlled everything before it even became into being

blessing- that is what we have been discussing, that it means God is the supreme creator, in control of all things

Inspiration- How often we forget when things begin to look dim, we don't think of his supreme power
cwt- esentially there isn't a difference
blessing- both mean control, and that He reigns supreme, but to me sovereignity has more of a Holiness to it
cwt- we try to fix it our selves when we can go to God and ask for His help because He is in control anyways

Inspiration- Sometimes we picture things happening and we don't want to submit to his way so we just do it our way and it always shows a do-it-yourself action

blessing- constant state of prayer helps me to concentrate that God is right there by my side and He needs to be on the throne of my life

Tena- when something major is going on it is the hardest time to know what to do or what God wants you to do

blessing- and we can take faith steps that when we are walking with God, reading His word, praying and we get those nudges that agree with the Bible we know that it is God speaking

blessing- we also need to ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom and guidance, Jesus promised us His Spirit would come to help us, we must accept the Holy Spirit into our lives to help us discern His will
JLovesJesus- i have had to make many decisions, and prayed about them, God did not always answer how i wanted, but def. answered and reveal it to me

cwt- Shelly i think that knowing God's will comes with reading the Bible and praying. If you know what the Bible say about how we should live as Christians and you obey it you will be living according to God's will

blessing- I think of a diagram of a train, the engine is the faith, the passenger car is the fact and the caboose is the feeling, the train can run without the feeling part of the caboose

blessing- Ephesians 5:18 states a command to be filled, which translates to keep being filled by the Holy Spirit, it is a conscious decision to accept by faith and sometimes great feelings come along with it, and sometimes they don't but we walk in obediance anyways
