Cranberry White Chocolate Almond Bark

"Purchased chocolate bark can be quite expensive, and you may find that making your own still puts it in the more costly group of holiday treats. But oh, is it ever worth it!"

Good quality white chocolate bars (such as Lindt), melted 1 lb 2 oz 500 g Almonds, with skin 1 1/2 cups 375 mL Dried cranberries 1 cup 250 mL

Combine all 3 ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Pour mixture into 11 x 17 inch (28 x 43 cm) waxed paper-lined baking sheet with sides. Spread mixture to 1/4 inch (6 mm) thickness. Chill until set. Break into approximately 1 1/2 x 2 inch (3.8 x 5 cm) pieces. Makes about 56 pieces.

1 piece: 77 Calories; 4.9 g Total Fat; 9 mg Sodium;
1 g Protein; 7 g Carbohydrate; 1 g Dietary Fibre
