Southwestern Chicken Pasta Salad

2 cups rotini pasta, cooked
4 ounces chicken breast, cooked and diced
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/3 cup seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons chili seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder

In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, celery, tomatoes, and green onion. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, chili seasoning, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Stir into rotini mixture. Cover and chill. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
