Berry Best Shake
Berry Best Shake Glossy, thick and bright pink! Fresh berry flavours smoothed with vanilla yogurt. Great for a quick snack or breakfast on-the-run


Vanilla Yogurt 1  cup 250  mL
Frozen whole raspberries 1  cup 250  mL
Frozen whole strawberries 1  cup 250  mL
Granulated sugar 1/2  cup 125  mL


Put all 4 ingredients into blender. Process until smooth. Makes 2 1/3 cups (575 mL).

1 cup (250 mL): 342 Calories; 4.1 g Total Fat; 59 mg Sodium; 4 g Protein; 77 g Carbohydrate; 4 g Dietary Fibre
