Piña Colada Smoothie
Piña Colada Smoothie Has the color, flavor and texture of the real thing. Garnish with a slice of starfruit


Can of crushed pineapple, with juice, chilled 14 oz.  398 mL 
Coconut flavoring 1/2  tsp. 2  mL
Skim milk powder 2  tbsp. 30  mL
Non-fat vanilla yogurt 1  cup 250  mL
Ice cubes


Place first 4 ingredients in blender. Process on high, adding ice cubes, 1 at a time, through lid. As mixture becomes thick, use pulsing motion, scraping down sides occasionally, until smooth. Makes 4 cups (1 L).

3⁄4 cup (175 mL): 82 Calories; 0.1 g Total Fat (0.1 g Sat., 1.5 mg Cholesterol); 51 mg Sodium; 4 g Protein; 17 g Carbohydrate; 1 g Dietary Fiber
